Background

For over 5 years I have worked with a property management firm maintaining lake properties. During this time I have become very attuned to the unique needs that vacation properties present and have learned how to help people maximize the enjoyment of their lake properties.

Working with buyers it is my goal to connect with your wants and needs to find the perfect property. By conducting a pre-search evaluation and working with the tools provided by Coldwell Banker Deep Creek Realty I have a fine tuned approach.

When working with sellers I utilize a variety of tools and techniques to maximize real estate goals. Using competitive market analysis and understanding the ever changing market here in Garrett County I help sellers realize the full potential of their properties.

Personal

After my education in Sociology at the college level I began training as a professional scuba diver. During 2007 I became a PADI (Professional Association of Dive Instructors) Dive Master and Specialty Instructor in underwater photography at the Eastern Academy of Scuba Instructors in Vero Beach, Florida. Traveling the United States and various islands in the Caribbean has given me a unique insight into the fragile ecology of our planet and how to work with a variety of different people.

As a writer for Freshwater and Marine Aquarium Magazine I am always looking forward to meeting new people and introducing them to the adventure that our ocean planet and marine aquariums offer. This enthusiasm has carried over to my real estate career. After attending the Deep Creek School of Real Estate and working with Coldwell Banker Deep Creek Realty I want to help people make the most out of any real estate transaction.
